We strive for every client to be completely satisfied, from the moment of the first call to get information, to set up and service, throughout the entire experience.

Quality

We always choose the highest quality, freshest ingredients chosen with care. All of our pork is marinated in a family recipe for at least 24 hours and each trompo is hand assembled.

Cleanliness

All of our personnel arrive in clean uniforms with personal hygiene being a top priority, and always follow proper food-handling procedures. Our equipment, while well-used, shows up clean and in good working order.

Punctuality

We arrive a minimum of 90 minutes prior to your event, allowing our team time to set up and prepare so that service can start promptly.
